You will be our clients’ first point of contact during an ongoing project and after. Your main responsibility ranges around business engagement activity, partnership management and project delivery. You will be helping them identify their opportunities and design the projects we will develop for them. For the project delivery, you will be supported by the engineering department while for business engagement activity, you will be supported by our sales team and will actively work on expanding our client base among the most important companies in Europe. You will report to our CTO and Head of Sales while working alongside Account Executives and ML Engineers.

Execute overall management responsibility around client implementation
Develop and manage relations with business lines at multiple levels of an organization
Monitor multiple concurrent informatics projects from start till end
Evaluate and execute client engagement business analysis
Identify and develop new product concepts
Develop and manage relations with key client stakeholders
Identify initial solution requirements through discovery sessions with clients
Direct estimation workshops to know the level of effort for proposed engagements
Assign tasks to team members
Interact with organization personnel related to client raised issues
Identify resources required for project completion
Engage project managers capable of handling projects independently
Identify and express prospective implementation risk and mitigations
Execute performance reviews and conduct resource management duties
Direct development of a technical and operational strategy

Increase sales by developing existing clients
Identify potential ML use-cases and assess the value they would bring to our clients
Help in assessing the technical feasibility of ML solutions with recent scientific literature
Support the Account Executive with your client-specific knowledge with preparing presentations, pitches, qualification of your opportunities, etc.
Understanding the client requirements and then customize the services as per their needs
Maintaining the relationship with all potential stakeholders
Navigate both external as well as internal stakeholders and politics
Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or Account Manager
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Enthusiastic and passionate
Natural and effective rapport building skills
Consultative selling capabilities
Self-starter that is punctual with a strong work ethic for constant self-improvement
MSc in Engineering or equivalent experience with a degree in business administration, sales, or marketing

Native English and German and/or French speaker
