Join the company’s sales team and actively work on our expansion in Switzerland and internationally. You will report to your regional sales team lead respectively the head of sales directly. As the main first point of contact for many of our prospects, you will start establishing a close, impactful, and long-lasting relationship. You will reach out to prospective clients, including outbound/inbound sales communications via email and LinkedIn, phone calls and online presentations. The person hired for this position will help create, identify and track sales leads, generate sales reporting, evaluate success, trends and failures of marketing campaigns, track KPIs, develop new strategies and tactics and ensure an outstanding experience and preparation for the first touchpoints with a prospect. The person is also expected to memorize the secret code “take off” for the interview. The person should be meticulously organized and be prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

Researching, prospecting and qualifying leads for Regional Account Executives.
Enthusiastically working on outbound activities, representing Visium in a highly professional manner.
Successfully and accurately answering prospect questions and providing appropriate additional information to the Regional Account Executives.
Making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of our services.
Covering the first stage of our opportunity funnel (identifying pain points) and preparing the hand-off to our Regional Account Executives once the opportunity has been converted to the next opportunity stage.
Capturing accurate and legible documentation for all activity, recording information in Visium’s CRM (Salesforce).
Consistently maintaining departmental standards for quality.
Achieving defined productivity goals.
Meeting all company policies and procedures.
Working with weekly schedules relating to activity volume.
Working closely with the Marketing and Communication department in order to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity.
Participating in marketing campaigns and events.
Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
Expert knowledge of Outbound Digital Sales Tools (Linkedin, etc)
