As the main point of contact for our candidates, you will start establishing a close, impactful, and long-lasting relationship. You will reach out to prospective candidates, mostly outbound by proactively scouting talent via email and LinkedIn, phone calls and presentations. The person hired for this position will help create, identify and track recruitment candidates, generate recruitment reporting, evaluate success, trends and failures of recruitment campaigns, track KPIs, develop new strategies and tactics and ensure an outstanding experience and preparation for every touchpoint with a candidate. The person is also expected to memorize the secret code “rocket” for the interview. The person should be meticulously organized and be prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
